Q&A WITH SHEILA RONNING

What advice can you offer women who want a seat at the table? Network! I highly recommend making a list of people in your network, especially the people you need to reconnect with, who are influencers and connectors. Reach out and maintain a relationship with them. They are the ones who can help you get to the next step in your career or into the boardroom. We have a recorded webinar on our proven process called 'How to Network Yourself Into a Corporate Board Seat'.

What inspired your new membership offerings? We are in the 5th year of our membership platform and our members are evolving, so we must too. We've had an increase in the number of current corporate board directors joining WIB and our membership retention rate is high. We needed to expand our VIP offerings to meet the different needs of our members. Whether you are exploring the idea of corporate board service in the future or are prepared to actively seek a corporate board position right now, be sure to check out all our new VIP levels here. The VIP III level is a bargain at $900 if you don't need the one-on-one coaching!
