Innovation is a critical component to the success of a company, and Beth Comstock, Vice-Chair of GE, is creating a culture of innovation as the leader of GE’s efforts to develop new businesses, markets and service models. As the first female vice chair in the company’s history, Beth is sharing her secrets on how to innovate in a traditional space during the March 13-15 Boston C-Suite Conference. The impressive line-up of speakers at this leadership conference not only includes Beth, but our own CEO & Founder Sheila Ronning as well. What advice can you offer women who want a seat at the table? Network! I highly recommend making a list of people in your network, especially the people you need to reconnect with, who are influencers and connectors. Reach out and maintain a relationship with them. They are the ones who can help you get to the next step in your career or into the boardroom. We have a recorded webinar on our proven process called 'How to Network Yourself Into a Corporate Board Seat'.
